Orders within Australia ~ Postage is FREE for all orders within Australia that contain full priced product valued over $50 after any applicable discounts have been calculated. Free shipping EXCLUDES Quickutz, Albums, Storage Products and Totes, Paper Trimmers, Cricut and Cuttlebug Machines. When we process your order we will calculate actual shipping costs for these items. Products that are on SPECIAL are excluded from free shipping.

International Orders ~ When submitting your order a flat rate charge of $12.00 is included. When we process your order we will calculate actual shipping and adjust your total accordingly.

We accept the following credit cards - Bankcard, Visa Card and Master Card. Your credit card is NOT charged at the time you place your order - it is processed manually once we have packed your order to ensure you are NOT being charged for items we do not have in stock . Please note there is a $15 minimum order when paying by credit card after any applicable discounts have been made or a $3 credit card surcharge will apply. This does not include any postage if applicable.
We also accept cheques and money orders. If choosing to pay by cheque, your order will be sent once your cheque has been cleared by our bank - usually 5 working days.

At Scraptacular we want to ensure that our parcels arrive safely and in good condition. To ensure this we register every parcel that we post out at no extra cost to you. It is just good customer service.

Products that are OUT OF STOCK will not be placed on back order for you. You will NOT be charged for any items we do not have available at the time of packing your order, these items will be deducted from your total before we charge your credit card.
